With over 150 years of industry experience on the board of directors alone, Prystup Packaging works to explore new applications in the areas of printing and structural design. Prystup Packaging Products has competed in the national marketplace and our products have been shipped all over the world. Over thirty-eight years of experience—and experiments—have led our company to the markets we can best serve. Prystup Packaging currently serves the industry groups of food and beverage, health and beauty, over-the-counter pharmaceutical, and other shelf goods (both perishable and non-perishable, frozen and non-frozen). By design, our production facilities are manned, equipped, and operated to assure quality workmanship at a reasonable cost for these product lines.
Responsiveness
Every aspect of PPP’s operation has been designed to enhance communication and service. With board members actively involved in daily operations, our company is not burdened with layers of corporate management; we respond quickly to customer requests. In-house pre-press, ink making, and die maintenance facilities make it possible for craftspeople to work closely with our suppliers and offer informed solutions to production challenges. Prystup’s long-standing relationships with long term suppliers have created an ability to offer quick turn-around on customer requests. The proximity of sales, administrative, and production staff to each other—and the production lines—encourages an open dialogue that ensures efficiency. All facilities are conveniently located near one of the Southeast’s main transportation arteries and a knowledgeable Shipping and Traffic Department coordinates timely LTL or full-truckload deliveries, using reliable carriers.
Quality
Quality is a corporate level initiative at Prystup Packaging Products. Our facilities are SQF 2000 Level 2 certified and utilize the HACCP system to ensure food safety. Our plants are staffed on all shifts by knowledgeable employees with many years of trade experience. Our Quality Testing Lab is able to test paperboard and cartons for line consistency. Standard quality checks are conducted for all factory orders. Additionally, our team is able to develop or create customer specific inspection and testing programs.
